The Longevity stack replaces the performance-specific compounds (BPC-157, Semax, Selank, Retatrutide) with longevity-focused ones (Glutathione, GHK-Cu, NAD+, Melanotan II).

Can I run the Longevity Protocol and the Vanguard Protocol simultaneously?

No. Both protocols include HGH and TB-500 — stacking them would result in duplicate dosing of these compounds, which is not appropriate without specific clinical direction. If you want elements of both stacks, discuss a custom protocol with your VanguardBIO health expert during consultation.

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme present in every cell, essential for mitochondrial energy production, DNA repair, and sirtuin activation. NAD+ levels decline approximately 50% between ages 40 and 60. Restoring NAD+ levels has been shown in preclinical and early clinical studies to improve mitochondrial function, reduce markers of cellular aging, and support cognitive performance. IV or subcutaneous NAD+ delivers the molecule directly into circulation, bypassing the conversion inefficiencies of oral precursors like NMN or NR.

Absolute contraindications include active malignancy or history of hormone-sensitive cancers, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and G6PD deficiency (Glutathione contraindicated). Relative contraindications include Wilson's disease or copper metabolism disorders (GHK-Cu requires review), history of melanoma or dysplastic nevi (Melanotan II requires careful health expert review), Type 1 diabetes, and active autoimmune conditions. What side effects should I expect on the Vanguard Protocol?

Commonly reported side effects: NAD+ IV infusions can cause flushing, nausea, and chest tightness if administered too rapidly — these resolve when the infusion rate is slowed. Melanotan II may cause transient nausea, facial flushing, and spontaneous erections at higher doses — these are dose-dependent and managed by starting low. GHK-Cu injection sites may show mild redness. Glutathione is generally very well tolerated. HGH may cause mild water retention in the first 1–2 weeks. All side effects should be reported to your health expert.

Will this show up on a drug test?

We do not recommend these protocols for athletes in tested competition.

Are these compounds approved for use?

Accepted Answer

HGH (somatropin) is approved for specific medical indications but not for the performance and wellness use cases described here. BPC-157, TB-500, Semax, Selank, Glutathione, GHK-Cu, NAD+, and Melanotan II are compounded by licensed 503B outsourcing facilities for research and wellness use. This is a legal and regulated pathway, but it is distinct from drug approval. We are transparent about this distinction — it is why health expert oversight is non-negotiable.

Where are the compounds sourced?

Exclusively from licensed 503B outsourcing facilities. 503B facilities are subject to regulatory inspection, Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards, and sterility testing requirements. We do not use grey-market suppliers, overseas manufacturers, or research chemical vendors. This applies to every compound in both the Vanguard and Longevity protocols.

How do I know the purity is what you claim?

Every batch comes with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from the compounding facility, including HPLC purity testing results. Your COA is available in your member dashboard under each order. We publish our minimum purity standards: ≥98% for all injectable compounds.

What is a 503B outsourcing facility?

Accepted Answer

A 503B outsourcing facility is a category of compounding pharmacy created by the Drug Quality and Security Act of 2013. Unlike traditional compounding pharmacies, 503B facilities are registered with regulatory authorities, subject to federal cGMP standards, and can produce large batches of sterile compounds without patient-specific prescriptions. They represent the highest standard of quality available in the compounding space.

You are billed $549/month or $1,098/quarter on the same date each month. Your order is dispatched 3 days before your billing date to ensure arrival before your next cycle begins. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your member dashboard — no phone calls, no penalties. This applies to both the Vanguard and Longevity protocols.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your subscription ends at the close of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again. We do not charge cancellation fees or require notice periods.

What if I want to pause for a month?

Accepted Answer

Pause from your dashboard. Your next order will be skipped and you will not be billed for that cycle. Your subscription resumes automatically the following month unless you pause again.

Is there a long-term commitment or contract?

Accepted Answer

No. Month-to-month only. We believe the protocol should earn your renewal every cycle. If it stops working for you, cancel. We would rather you leave than stay on something that is not delivering results.

What if I'm not home when it arrives?

A signature is required for delivery. If you miss it, the carrier will hold the package at a local facility for up to 5 business days, allowing you to pick it up as soon as it is convenient for you. If you are unable to retrieve it within that timeframe, please contact us.

What if a vial arrives damaged or compromised?

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge. Do not use any compound from a vial that appears cracked, leaking, or discolored.
